These terms apply when you buy or use digital products from The Digital Park. By placing an order you agree to them.
We sell digital downloads such as templates, toolkits, spreadsheets and planners. Products are delivered electronically, usually by an instant download link after payment. Nothing physical is shipped.
When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal or business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-licence or share the files, or present them as your own product.
Prices are shown at checkout in the stated currency and are payable in full before download. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider.
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, your statutory right to cancel ends once the download has started, and purchases are generally non-refundable. If a file is faulty or you cannot download it, contact us at support@thedigitalpark.co.uk and we will put it right.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use our products for anything unlawful.
All product files, text, images and branding on this site remain the property of The Digital Park or our licensors and are protected by copyright.
Our products are provided on an "as is" basis as helpful tools. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
